Ordering Information and FAQ

All apparel screenprinted by hand on American Apparel® brand clothing.

How do I order?
There is a "size" drop-down menu and an "add to cart" button located on each design's page. Please choose your desired size and add it to your cart.

What sizes are available for the shirts?
The shirts are currently available in Small, Medium, Large, and X-Large. Overall, the shirts are designed to fit close to one's body and run somewhat small. When in doubt, order the larger size.

How do I pay for the order?
All payments are processed externally by PayPal. Once you have submitted your order, PayPal notifies me, and I start processing your request.

Do I have to have a PayPal account to order?
No, PayPal processes credit and debit cards as well as PayPal accounts.

When will I receive my order?
I will be in contact with you to let you know when your order is expected to ship. If the size(s) you ordered have already been screenprinted, they should be shipped within a day or two. Otherwise, it may take a couple of weeks as every shirt is done by hand.

I really want a tank top, can I get that instead of a t-shirt?
Currently, only one design is available in a tank top (Gender Changer) as an experiment to see how popular tank tops are. However, you can send any special requests or other questions through the contact form on the left, and I will consider your requests and do my best to answer your questions.

How do you handle refunds and exchanges?
I will be happy to accept a return or provide a refund on a transaction on which I have made a mistake. I do my best to adequately describe every item I list, and if you have any questions at all or would like to see additional pictures of my items, feel free to contact me at any time.
